Initiation Fee for Membership = $100 paid at closing
Home Owner Fees are $160 per Quarter. Quarter may be pro-rated from day of closing.
Use of common areas, such as the pool and clubhouse, are limited to members who are current with their HOA fees.
MWHOA Dues are paid quarterly:
1st Quarter: January 1
2nd Quarter: April 1
3rd Quarter: July 1
4th Quarter: October 1

Note if you have not received your quarterly invoice, please mail your Quarterly HOA fees payment with your Maitland Woods address clearly printed on your check and a note about not receiving an invoice. Thank you.
*Starting in January 2025 the quartly dues incresed to $160 from $135 which was our first increase since the start of the HOA in 2007.
