Maitland Woods HOA has chosen Fennell Property Management to assist in the daily maintenance, governance and upkeep of our community.  They assist in locating resources for maintenance and repairs of our common areas and manage those relationships for us.  They also collect the HOA dues and provide accounting services that are audited yearly.  You can read more about them on their website here.
