Clubhouse Rules

Access to the Clubhouse and Pool is for homeowners who are current on their HOA dues. You are granted access with a KEY FOB. If you find your key fob is not working, please email the clubhouse chairman at clubhouse@maitlandwoods.com to report the problem.

If you do not have a key fob, please email info@maitlandwoods.com and a board member will arrange a time to provide a key fob to you. One key fob is provided to each household at no cost. Additional key fobs may be purchased for $5 each - you are limited to one key fob per household member age 16 and older and to a maximum of 4 key fobs.

 No smoking or Vaping.  Doing so will incur a cleaning fee.

• No private parties.  Community access is allowed at all times.

• Residents are responsible for their guests.

• No personal business conducted in the clubhouse or common area.

• No children under 16 allowed without adult supervision.

• No food or drink left on premises.  Doing so will incur a cleaning fee.

• Please do not leave clubhouse unsecured.

• The Homeowners Association is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property.
