Initiation Fee for Membership = $100 paid at closing

Home Owner Fees are $135 per Quarter. Quarter may be pro-rated from day of closing.

Use of common areas, such as the pool and clubhouse, are limited to members who are current with their HOA fees.

MWHOA Dues are paid quarterly:

1st Quarter: January 1

2nd Quarter: April 1

3rd Quarter: July 1

4th Quarter: October 1
