Attention Realtors & Title Companies: Please contact Fennell Property Management at 

865-803-6413 for dues balances and closing instructions from the HOA in anticipation of closings. 

REALTORS and TITLE COMPANIES - Under "Documents" in the menu bar, you may find the Covenants and Restrictions (CCRs) for the neighborhood to share with our new homeowner. Under "Fees" menu bar, you will find all information relevant to the cost of the HOA dues, due dates, and mailing address.

NEW HOMEOWNERS - First, welcome to Maitland Woods neighborhood. The MWHOA Board is a volunteer group of  homeowners who act on the behalf of all homeowners to maintain the neighborhood, enforce the CCRs, and generally provide management for the neighborhood.

We have a clubhouse and pool that is accessible to homeowners, who are up-to-date on their HOA dues. At closing of your new home, you should receive a key fob that allows access to the pool and clubhouse conveyed from the previous owner (if not please email info@maitlandwoods.com). You also will receive information related to the rules for the pool, where to find pertinent information to the neighborhood, and a form for completion to add you to the neighborhood directory. The information related to the neighborhood will be delivered to you once we have confirmation from the title company that the closing occurred, and we have received the initial payment for HOA membership and dues.

When you get a chance, please return the homeowner information to us. This allows the board to have relevant contact information for ease of communication. And, If possible, we prefer paperless invoicing for HOA dues after you move in and if you have email access.
